Can't open RAW files anymore

I used to be able to open and edit RAW files no problem in photoshop, now it won't open them, same camera (old Canon Rebel), same version of Photoshop (ps5)

It says:

 

Could not complete your request because the file appears to be from a camera model which is not supported by the installed version of camera RAW

 

What happened? What changed since I last opened a RAW file, it has been a while since I tried.

More importantly, how do I fix it?

    Here's the Camera Raw 6.7 installer that should open the Canon eos rebel t3 cr2 files.

    EOS 1100D
    (EOS Digital Rebel T3, EOS Kiss X50 Digital)

    What version of photoshop and windows are you using?

    Your using photoshop CS5?

     

    Which model of Canon Rebel?

     

    If in photoshop you go to Help>About Plugins and click on Camera Raw, what version does it say?

    I have a cannon eos rebel t3

     

    Latest version of windows

     

    Camera raw version 6.3.0.79

     

    As I said, it worked fine before and I haven't changed anything (except version of windows)

    This list tells you what version of ACR you need for a particular camera, but I can't see the Rebel t3 on this list.  When was the t3 released?
