Can't reattach my window to the tabs

Hi, I've tried multiple times selecting different pannels on Window- Arrange and have also tried resetting my workspace but still can't get this pannel to attach like normal. Any advice would really help. thanks

Hello, in the menu Photoshop>Preferences>Workspace, is "Enable floating document window docking" checked?
