Can't rotate Canvas anymore (OpenGL error)

Got an OpenGL Error when I tried to rotate the canvas, now the Tool is disabled...
Tried to Disable "use Graphic processor" which I found in an old thread, but didn't work.

Using Mac on Big Sur with Photoshop 22.5.1

If you restore your preferences using this manual method does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.
