Can't rotate cus OpenGl

I have a good laptop with two graphic cards, one bad and one good, the good one is not connected to the screen and I don't think I can change that, I have had issues with the good one, it's not connecting to programmes that need it.

When I try to rotate the canvas, ps complains saying there is a problem with OpenGL, is this because of my computer? Is there something wrong with my graphics? Or is it something I can change?

    Have you checked to see that Photoshop is seeing your GPU and that OpenCL is enabled, it may help if you posted your Photoshop system info in Photoshop go to Help > System Info and copy and paste that into this thread

    Have you checked to see that Photoshop is seeing your GPU and that OpenCL is enabled, it may help if you posted your Photoshop system info in Photoshop go to Help > System Info and copy and paste that into this thread
