Can't save locally

I updated to 22.3.1 a couple of days ago (running on Mac OS Catalina) and ever since the update I can't save any files locally. I can only save as a .psdc to the cloud. When I click 'On Your Computer' in the save as window, the window closes and nothing actually happens.
