Can't save the file

can't save the file. After clicking the "Save As" button, the eternal download for saving begins and the problem is not in a weak PC. how can i fix this?

Hi @Hino29310702auds go to Photoshop Preferences/Technology Preview and check "Disable Native Canvas".

Can you tell us the version of Photoshop you are on? Would you mind sharing your workflow?

Meanwhile, you can try resetting Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps. Here's the article for the steps: https://adobe.ly/3ceal5t
