Hi there! When you create a new document, there's a window with few tabs, por example inside Print you can find Tabloid, Letter, etc. But I can't see nothing! 😞 There's only online/downloadable mockups, please help!
Thank you!

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. We are here to help.

Could you please share the version of Photoshop from Help > About Photoshop? Does it also open when a document is already open? Have you recently updated Photoshop or the operating system? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?

Go to the location of the preference folder mentioned below and rename it to backup it up.

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

  • macOS: Users/[user name]/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
  • Windows 10/11: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings
  • Rename the Adobe Photoshop folder by adding a .old at the end. (Adobe Photoshop 2022 > Rename > Adobe Photoshop 2022. old)

This will give a fresh start to Photoshop as a fresh install. We hope this helps.

Let us know if it works.

Thanks!
