Can't send psd files

For the last few days, I've been trying to upload my PSD files in many places, but every time I try, the loading stops at around 30%. By wetransfer, OneDrive, or even by mail, I cannot send any of my PSD files. 
Even the old files that I could send in the past, I am not able to now.
I need this for school, can anyone help me?

    I think you may need to contact your internet provider. I assume you've done the usual things of rebooting your wifi and stuff.
