Question
Can't start Photoshop due to Creative Cloud being stuck on the initializing phase. (Windows 11)
I have done the following things to fix this issue with no success:
Restarting and rebooting my computer
Reinstalling Creative Cloud
Disabling AV and Windows Firewall
Changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1
On an elevated instance of Powershell put in
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthand
sfc /scannowInbetween all of these steps I have rebooted and tried opening Creative Cloud again with the same problem.
Any help is appreciated.
