Can’t upload photo from iPad library

Hi please help as I am new to this but every time I try to import a photo from my iPads picture library I get a error message saying incorrect format, I am using iPad 11 and I've made sure the photo is a jpeg I hav also tried converting to a png and still same problem, using photoshop app for iPad 11

I have fixed the problem I want to my iPad settings under photoshop and changed the picture access from "selected photos" to "all photos" hope this helps anyone else with this problem!
