Can’t use photoshop on iPad

Eveyrime I go onto my ps app it says it's pulling in my files an it can take a minutes. Then it just stays frozen like that. It also says I'm off line which isn't true.

Without any exact info about what iPad you use and details liek waht Internet connection this is not going anywhere. In any case, this is the wrong forum. Use the PS mobile forum and the likelihood of getting an answer that actaully resolves your issue is much greater than here in the "big" desktop PS forum.

Thank you. I'm very new to all of the Adobe products and not an expert on Apple stuff either! I didn't realize I posted in the wrong section. 
I have an iPad Pro 2020.....but I'll try the other forum if I need to ! Thank you for your help.
