Can't verify subscription status

I've had about four hours worth of Adboe Customer Support screen share to try and resolve this issue to no avail: Every time I try to load photoshop, it says it can't verify my subscription status. 

Elements done so far

- Uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud

- Resynced with a different method and password

- Checked all internet settings

- Followed keychain procedure

- Turned computer off and on again

- Deleted OOBE files

- Checked timezones

- Renamed cache files

 

Has anyone got a simple solution? Maybe some back end settings?

What do you mean "Resynced with different method and password"?

 

There is only one way to Log On, Sign In, to your Adobe subscription. That is with the Email address and password, Adobe ID, that you used to buy the subscription plan.

 

Have you signed into the main adobe website, https://adobe.com, and checked your subscription status, Managed your Account?

I disconnected from Facebook which was my previus method and then resynced using Apple ID and changed password. Yes have done all of the above. Customer support technicians have spent approximately four hours on screen share to try and fix but to no avail so far.

Sorry but I have to ask.

 

Why in the world are you using either Facebook or your Apple ID to log on to your Adobe account and or Sign In to the CC desktop app and the Adobe programs you are using?

 

You do have a valid Adobe ID? You must to be able to purchase a subscription. Try using that ID.
