Can we rotate our brush yet in PS 2018?

In the video I have a link to below called Photsohp Brush Presets.... Im watching in awe here as he is able to rotate his brush. It appears I must have a different tablet to do this or has PS 2018 added a keyboard function to rotate the brush. ? If its a specail tablet what tablet do I need ?

Hi

You can rotate the brush manually here :

or you can set the angle to follow brush rotation from the tablet only if your pen and tablet output rotation (for example the Wacom Artpen but not the standard Wacom pen)
