Can you rotate the tool bar?

Hey, I have been changing my layout and preferences a lot for my new set up and I was wondering can I turn the tools bar landscape so that its going across instead of down?

As Trevor said, no. But you can make some customizations to it as shown in this video: How To Customize The Toolbar In Photoshop

No but you can post a request for a new feature (post it as an idea) at the link below where it is more likely to be seen by Adobe
