Cancellation

Hi everyone,

 

A few days into my trial I decided I wasn't using Photoshop as much as I thought i would. I originally got it for a uni assignment.  I tried cancelling days out from the end date of my cancellation but couldn't find out how to cancel- I went into plans etc but there was no "cancel" option. Adobe said if there was no cancellation option is was because they were already processing my payment- however I was only days into my trial... now adobe is trying to charge me. How do I avoid this? I was chatting with the online help however they seemed to say I had no active trial, yet now they are trying to charge me... how can I avoid this? thank you!
