Cancelling subscription

Hi,

 

I started a free trial with adobe to give lightroom a try and now I want to cancel my subscription however, when I go about that it states that I will be charged £45+ for cancelling early. How do I safely cancel my subsciption without being charged almost 5 month's worth of it.

 

Much appriciate the help!
