Cannot export to phone

I have a few Samsung phones and am using Windows 10.
When I do work on a psd file and wish to export directly(png/jpg) to a connected phone(Samsung - Android), Photoshop does not see any phone connected to the computer.
What I have to do instead is export to my computer and then go and copy that file with Windows Explorer, then transfer to the phone(Windows does see the connected phone/s).
Would be nice if PhotoShop was set up to see all directories and connected devices like Windows Explorer does, saving some steps in getting the images transferred to the phone directly.
