Cannot find colorise option in hue/saturation adjustment layer

I've created a dust layer on which I've used a cloud brush to get a smokey effect.  However, when I clip & mask a hue/saturation adjustment layer to it I cannot see the colorize tab which will assist with changing the colour of the dust.  Any ideas?
