Cannot find the most recent file

Hello,

I was working on a PSD file recently. I modified it and saved, also exported into PNG.

I can see PNG files on my computer, but the PSD file cannot be found anywhere. I looked in local files and cloud both, including Deleted. I did it through PhotoShop and Finder.

I run MacOS and Adobe PhotoShop 2022, the most recent version.

How can I find the PSD file? Any ideas will be very much welcome.
