Cannot identify those fonts

The irregularity of the »serifs« in the first image makes me suspect those may be custom letters without a complete font.

Where is that word from?

Name of a bar, they are stickers, could be custom, but not specific for this Bar.

Legend

Use the Photoshop Find Font tool.

Open the image in Photoshop and select the type you want to identify.

Choose the Type menu and select Match Font
