Cannot open CS6 Desigh and WEb Premium.

When I tried to open Photoshop it asked me to log on. This never happend before. It would not accept my password. so, I got a new password twice. It would not accept the saying that the user name and password do not match.

How do I get in? I am ready to fall apart here.

Try entering your computer user password.

CS6 is pre-subscription-era software. Therefor, there are no passwords to use it. It's activated by a valid serial number.

What's your computer's operating system?

Does it support legacy software from 10+ years ago?

Hi Suzanne. I'm thinking that it would be the same Adobe account user name and password as you used to acess this forum.
