I'm running Photoshop 21.0.1 with OS Mojave on my iMac Pro.

3.2 GHz Intel Xeon W Processor

32 GB 2666 MHz DDR4 Memory

Graphics Radeon Pro Vega 56 8176 MB

I have PLENTY of room to save the file.

I cannot render a 57 MB .psd file into an MP4 file. HELP!! Please.

Thank you, I have seen that video before and it doesn't offer any solutions to my problem. I still get the 'Could not complete the Render Video command because of a program error' message.

Thanks for trying, I appreciate any help I can get.

Well, I've discovered a workaround.

I took my psd file over to my old iMac (2.5 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 memory with AMD Radeon HD 6750M 512 MB Graphics running macOS Sierra v 10.12.6) and rendered the video on Photoshop (v 2015.5.0). It worked like a charm.

Adobe developers, can you tell me WHY that worked? I'm happy it did, but really, why do the new, faster, better versions of Photoshop NOT render video anymore?

I moved your post over from the poorly named Community Help forum, which is for getting help using this forum system, to a better forum, Photoshop.

I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.
