Cannot renew my plan due to Windows version

Hi all,

My plan is only due for renewal in March 2022, but since a week ago I have not access to photoshop and the tech support is saying I need to have Windows 10 now.  I have Windows 8.  Is there any way around having to download Windows 10?  This plan is paid monthly and now not giving access??
