Cannot Resize the Extension Panel Beyond The Default Size in Photoshop CC 2019

We needed to resize the extension panel without a maximum limit in Photoshop CC 2017,2015.5,2014.

So we did not specify the maximum limits in manifest.xml file. only specified the minimum limits as follows

<MinSize>

         <Height>150</Height>

         <Width>160</Width>

</MinSize>

So we were able to resize the panel any maximum size( no limits ) in Photoshop CC 2017,2015.5,2014.

But in Photoshop CC 2019 we cannot do so. We cannot resize the panel beyond the default panel size.

Do we have any solution for this?
