Cannot save animated gif - THERE IS A BUG

Well... I can see that dozens of people are having the same issue.

I have an issue saving gifs for web with my photoshop. I recently updated my OS to Catalina.

When I try to save the gif, there's a message saying

"Could not complete this operation
An unknown operating system error has occurred."

Just lost a valuable client as could not meet the deadline as I have tried literally everything. Wish I had not update to Catalina as I could've used my old faithful CS6. Please FIX this bug NOW. I am severely out of pocket.

Bill

Hi, we are very sorry for what happened. The file in question, were you saving it on your computer or on an external memory?

On the computer.
I can see dozens of other people have the same issue and nobody has said
there is a fix or workaround. Wish I hadn’t upgraded to Catalina as I
could’ve used my faithful and always reliable CS6. Progress, eh?!

Consider adding a Windows machine to your business.  If Photoshop Mac version fails perhaps the Window Photoshop version will work.  Photoshop operation is nearly the same on both Platforms.  Also always keep old version of Photoshop handy.  I can still run CS3 32bit version on Windows 10. Refurbished Windows workstations are cheap much cheaper than Mac machines.
