cannot transform layer group or multiple layers cc 2017

Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm attempting to transform a layer group, or at the very minimum, multiple selected layers and this option is no longer available? Please provide any insight you may have.

    Yes, I checked and one layer was locked! I unlocked it and all is now good - thanks for your assistance!

      Could you please post a screenshot taken with the pertinent Panels (Layers, Channels, Options Bar, …) visible?

      Is a Selection active, is Quick Mask Mode active, …?
