Cant find Actions Panel!!

I just renewed my photoshop CC. I have the 9.99 a month plan. Which is what I have always had. But now I cant find my actions panel! I'm trying to download my actions to it, but I cant find the pane to pull them up and use them on my photos!!! here can I locate my actions at!?!?!
