Cant rotate Canas OpenGL Disabled

Hello i m having a little problem with my PS I was able to use OpenGL before and rotate the canvas but for some strange reason after the latest update i cant do it anymore and open GL appears dissabled.Any way to fix this?


I m using windows 10

There is a issue in 21.2 it not detecting some GPU. Look in you Photoshop Preferences Performance section.  If it is not detecting your GPU reinstall 21.1.3
