Cant verify subscription status

Ever since I installed the latest Photoshop and Bridge upgrades I am consistently getting the "cant verify subscription status." I am on the automatic payment plan so that shouldnt be an issue. I am sick and tired of the problem. If its a bug in the upgrade then fix the damn thing......HELP!!

Jane...if you had read my post you would know it is not a billing  problem. I can run Photoshop most of the time but I keep getting the "cannot verify subscription status" message all the time in Bridge,
