Canvas and color palette blacked out in Photoshop 22.0

Just updated to Photoshop 2021 and now everything is blacked out. This seems to be happening with every project I open or create - I've played around with every setting in Preferences > Performance, disabled my GPU, switched color modes and nothing seems to have any effect. Has anyone else experienced this?
