Canvas flickers when quickly switching tabs in Photoshop

There has been a problem in Photoshop 2023/24 on Windows. When quickly switching between two tabs (even if it is an empty canvas), the start screen always appears. I have tried all possible relevant settings, such as disabling native canvas, old GPU mode, to no avail, the behavior is consistent on Intel and AMD graphics cards, the difference is only the number of times it is triggered.
