Hello
just after todays update to Fotoshop I think Ive found a bug

Photoshop 27.2
Mac OS 26.2
M1 Max

Steps for recreation

create some size new file - for example 1000x1000px
Resize it via image size - 1200x1200 px
try to edit canvas size - when you open canvas size, in top gives you - your file dimensions size. but down where you can set new sizes - shows 0/0. If you enter sizes manual, canvas size is resized wrong....

Thanks

P.S. In Photoshop Beta 27.3 no such a bug/problem

@minimiro2 I cannot replicate the issue with Photoshop version 27.2 on Windows 11, after following your steps, the new size shows as expected

Try manually resetting your Photoshop preferences

Remember to back up your settings before doing the preference reset

Hey, @its67275175. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I've moved the post to the discussions for now. Thanks for bringing it up.

If the issue does not appear in the latest version of Photoshop Beta, it is safe to assume that it'll be fixed for Photoshop 2026 (non-beta) in future updates.

Thanks!
