Canvas Size not working after update to 23.0.2
after updating photoshop to 23.0.2 changing canvas size will not work,
clicking ok does nothing except close the dialog box

According to the dialog, you are adding 4 pixels to a width of 2804 pixels. Can you give us the before and after width? It's hard to tell what is happening from this screen shot.
