Canvas Stops Opening and Photoshop Stops Working

I have version 22.5 of Photoshop and it will work without issue for a little while, but then when I try to reopen a project or create a new canvas, Photoshop will stop responding altogether -  it will not even close properly (i.e. I have to close it from the Task Manager).  I have tried uninstalling the program twice to no avail.  The only thing that I can do to get it to start working properly again is to close it, delete the Adobe Photoshop 2021 Settings folder and then restart Photoshop.  Photoshop works fine for a little while, but then eventually the problem reoccurs.  Is there anything I can do to permanently resolve this problem?  There are no error messages displayed.  It seems like whatever is happening keeps corrupting my settings.

I have verified that my computer meets all the hardware requirements to run it.   My OS is Windows 10 20H2

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

You have two installed graphics cards? Nvidia and Intel?

Two issues -

1. Photoshop cannot run properly with two active video cards.

2. The Intel does not meet the minimum graphics cards standards for newer versions of Photoshop.

Here's how to resolve:

Deactivate the Intel graphics 750 and it should resolve the issue.
