CC 2015.5 Completely broken by Catalina

Ok let me start by admitting I should have done my research before upgrading to Catalina. 20/20 hindesight and all.

But I didnt, and now I am really stuck. CC is completly broken. Photoshop and Illustrator are my main apps and neither will work at all. Illustrator will launch but immediatly crash, PS will open with an "cannont complet request because of program error" message. The uninstaller is 32 bit so cant even get a clean start. There dosent seem to be a 64 bit CreativeCloudCleaner yet either.

Cant install new PS, installer just closes, no prompt or anything. Do I have to go scorched earth and do a complet os downgrade?

Been trying those soloutions today and no luck. CC destop app still hangs at 21.5% Firewall is off, tried using phone as a hotspot to get around any router issues, all in safe mode. PS is what I need most so tried getting it directly from here https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-apps-download.html

This is a rough one. I would see what Apple Care would recommend. Something may have gone wrong when you migrated from your old Mac to your new one. See if they can check for you since they can physically look at it and I can't.
