CC 21.1.3 crash at the start ( last two vrsions I have available ) now what ?

I am unable to start cc 21.1.3 without a crash, last two versions is teh same, two versions back I was able to run. What do you suggest?

Which operating system are you working on ? When exactly is Photoshop crashing? Does it crashes while using a specific tool or feature?
