CC Products Lagging on MacBook Pro 2019 15inch 16GB Catalina, is it normal?

Below is the video to demonstrate the lag

 

My MBP is brand new and the photoshop is fresh install.

using brush is very smooth, but i'm expecting smooth panning and zooming, any suggestion?

    Welcome to the Adobe Community!

    We've found some known compatibility issues with photoshop on macOS Catalina, you can check more about them here: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-and-macos-catalina.html Our engineers are working to get them fixed soon.

    Also, as you're experience laggign when you pan or zoom, could you please try enabling "Legacy compositing" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?

      Enable Legacy Compositing still doesn't help.
