Certain select hotkeys no longer working

I've been using Ctrl+Shift+I to inverse a layer for approximately 5 years already. Suddenly now it no longer works. My language preference is set to English UK. Very frustrating that I can't find a solution to get it to work. It remains unable to select. I'm running PS 25.0.0 on Windows 11 OS Build 22621.2283 on an HP 64Bit Elitebook.

Don’t you mean ctrl-I (Image > Adjustments > Invert)?

ctrl-shift-I is default for inverting a Selection.

Oh Gosh, totally my bad! Indeed you are correct. I guess I got myself into such a flat spin I didn't realise the error of my ways. Thank you and my apologies.
