change language in Photoshop CC 2020

hey guys,.. i temporarly need to change my language settings in Photoshop from english to german. Just for one workshop and it should not change the language in any of my other Adobe Applications. If I click Preference > Interface in Photoshop I cant change the UI from English to any other language.

Any idea why and how I can solve that problem. ?
