Change vs 2010 to vs 2015 for building fft plugins.

I don't have vs2010 any longer and now have vs2015.   I would like to modify the fft plugins to be more useful but have no idea what to change to make the vs2010 project files to work with vs2015.   This code is public domain and I'll continue that including the vs2015 change.

Anyone willing to help?   C code compiles but rest of building I am lost.

It is FFT_RGB.   I have solved the problem by using Dissolve plugin in the sdk as a template for the project .   My brain is fried but I'm making progress .
