Changing action defaults

Hi everyone,

Hope you can understand what I am trying to say here as I have had no luck so far 🙂

I use a Guy Gowan process action which has default settings within it. For example, there is a choice of 20%, 40% 60% 80% & 100% sharpness values that can be applied to an image. At present, the default value is 60% which I find a little too much and I want to change it to 40%. How do I do this?

Any help would be very much appreciated.
