Check if a tiff file is saved with transparency option

Hi all

I have to check a lot of tiff file if those file is saved with transparency option. At the moment, I have to open each of them, do save it to show dialog of saving option to see if checkbox save transparency is checked or not. I've searched something like tag or information of tiff file. Is there anyone know how to check it with javascript.
