Cinemagraph, multiple loop

I'm french. I hope you will understand my english 🙂

I'm beginner in cinemagraph. I try ones with one loop.

I want to make cinemagraph with multiple loops. But I'm not sure how to do.

The only way I think to do it, it's to save the video with the loop n°1 in .mp4.

And continue as it was the video source et loop again.

Is it right ?

Because I didn't find the way to do like "precomposition" in After effect. Not possible in Photoshop ?
