Clicking an image in Bridge does not open in Photoshop

Dues to a hardware issue, I've had to reinstall Windows 10 and Photoshop 2024 plus Bridge 2024.

Now when I double click an image in Bridge, it no longer opens that image in Photoshop.

I have set the Bridge system preferences for CR2 and JPG file type asociations to Photoshop, but that hasn't made any difference.

Any help appreciated.

    Well........it seems that Bridge is now correctly opening photos in PhotoShop , and I haven't made any changes since raising this ticket. All is well now, no need to take up anyone's time.

    What's the system setting in Windows Settings?

    System setting is to use MS Photo app for both CR2 and JPG. Which is what I want for opening photos outside of Bridge (how it has always been). The Bridge setting has always had priority prior to this issue.
