Clone stamp tool only stamps with black

The clone tool was working fine till the other day, now no matter where I click to copy from it wont copy it, it leaves a black spot, and when I go to clone it, it will only leave black. How do I get it to reset? I checked the settings like someone advised before but my settings are correct on the Clone Source.

I figured it out finally. It was in the brushes, For some reason, probably me, but the brush was set on Pattern Tool instead of Clone brush.

 

Thank you though for your time. I have been working off and on on this for several days. ugh

      I'm getting black spots too. Brush is set to Clone Stamp Tool. Clone Source seems to be okay, too. Normal is checked and Invert is not. Also, Healing Brush doesn't work at all. Can you help? Thanks!
