Cloth Texture Generator - Adobe extension - stopped working

I have used this ext lots - to create fabric in all sorts of colours and weaves.

Now irrespective of my choice of colours it generates a dark green and black fabric.

I have reinstalled Photoshop, reset my preferences, reinstalled the extension - all to no avail...

Can anyone please help?
