Cloud based select subject in Photoshop 24.0.1 not working

Upon update to PS 24.0.1 the cloud based select subject does not initiate/work. I'm running MacOS 12.6 on iMac. The tool worked prior to the 24.0.1 update.

I'm having the same problem. Were you able to fix your problem?

What iMac model are you running? It may be easier to go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details here.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. We're here to help.

Which version of macOS are you using? Do you mean when you use this option (screenshot below), the feature doesn't work?

Does this happen with all images? What is the file format you're working with?

We're here to help, just need some info.

Thanks,

Ranjisha

Using iMac 2020 with AMD Radeon Pro 5500XT 8GB graphics, running Monterey 12.6 (waiting to upgrade to Ventura until I am sure LR and PS will work properly.) Neither of the options, Device & Cloud, under the "Select Subject" button work. Select subject under the Selection drop down menu works, so the Cloud function is what I am missing overall. It fails to work on all my image types, psd, tiff, jpg, heic and orf. It did function prior to the update.
