I'm trying to use the cloud pattern that has been in the past version of Photoshop and it's not in the latest version. Where can I find it? I'm working on this tutorial, http://iceflowstudios.com/2012/tutorials/photoshop-beer-text-st-patricks-day/ .

Look in the Patterns panel, and see if you have "Legacy Patterns and More" installed. If not, you can install them via the pane menu.

You can find the Clous pattern inLegacy Patterns and More > Legacy Patterns > Pattens
