Cloud Storage hangs "Performing Cloud Document Tasks " Cannot download any Photoshop PSDC Documents

I'm running a new iMac

Catalina 10.15.4 

3.2 GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon W

64 GB 2666 MHz DDR4

I have 232.GB free disk space. 

Photoshop Version 21.1.2

I cannot access/download any 32-bit cloud documents. The files are very large in size of about 3GB, but I did not have any issues until today? Don't know what could have changed? 

To try and fix the issue:

I have updated Photoshop to 21.1.2

I have rebooted my iMac three times

I restarted PS three times.

I'm connected to the internet and clocked my download speed at 88.42 Mbps. 

I really need these files, hope someone can help.
