CMD and Tilde key to swap between open windows is f**ked

Come on Adobe... for over a decade, well nearly 15 years I've used Photoshop. I've ALWAYS used the CMD+~ to swap between open windows... (in full screen mode) BUT now the screen jumps to black and I have to exit full screen mode to get the view back properly.

COME ON ADOBE... SORT YOUR SHÈT OUT!
